Returns & Exchange

• House of Traditions exchange policy is only valid for the first 5 days from the date when the customer has received the product. Exchange policy was applied only when customer received a damaged products.

• No return policy was applied on any products

• All items to be exchange must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals and items that may have been included with the original purchase.

• Our courier partners will arrange collection of the product to be exchanged. Once we have received and inspected the products, exchanging I’ll be processed.
